Laura has over 12 years of experience in a variety of roles within the healthcare industry. She got her start as co-owner of a homecare franchise in Birmingham, AL, working in all aspects of the business from administrative tasks, scheduling, sales, human resources, and recruitment. After moving to CO, she worked as a recruiter with EliteMed Recruiting, a Medical Sales College affiliate. She worked directly with the students and hiring managers to place MSC graduates in industry roles across the nation. She then transitioned over to physician credentialing with a fast-growing locums recruiting company.  As the company grew, she took on several positions in her 7yrs there. After the pandemic, she returned to MSC, desiring a role where she could again connect more personally with others, offer encouragement and use her organizational skills in a more rewarding way.  When not working, you’ll find her on a hiking trail, golf course, or ski slope, enjoying the great outdoors.
