Please briefly explain your job interview process with your hiring company.
I applied online, contacted as many team members as I could via LinkedIn, and had a family friend who works for Stryker forward my info to the hiring manager. The hiring manager contacted me to schedule an interview, and that interview went well and led to their Gallup assessment. After I passed the Gallup, I completed a case study with the hiring manager and then was passed along to my final interview with the U.S. Director of Sales.
