Tell me a little about your background?
I am from a very small town close to Asheville, NC and moved to the coast of NC for college. Passionate about helping people and considered going to pharmacy school until I found out about the medical device sales career.
Why were you interested in Medical Sales? What drew you to this industry?
The combination of helping people, technology, and building relationships with surgeons instantly intrigued me about this career.
How long did you try to get into the industry? What was that experience like?

From an Instagram ad and from the website.
What ultimately made you decide to attend the College?
From talking to multiple instructors about the career and the insight they gave me about how awesome the career is.
Describe your experience once you began training with Medical Sales College.
My MSC experience was life changing and I learned more in that 8 week Spine class than my whole 4 years in college.
What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?
Knowing specific details about biologics, procedures, products, and surgeon’s needs really impressed the sales manager and the team I will be working with.
Please briefly explain your job interview process.
I did not have a formal “sit down” interview I just had multiple phone interviews with the manager and the team. Basic questions were asked about why I wanted to work for Stryker and why Spine.
Why should someone attend the Medical Sales College if they want this career?
If someone loves helping people and multiple customer service/sales positions and they enjoy the healthcare field they should attend MSC because then they will fall in love with the medical sales industry.
What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?
I feel like I was told all that I needed to know before attending MSC.
