Tell me a little about your background?
With over 10 years of sales experience the medical device industry has always been a dream of mine.
Why were you interested in Medical Sales? What drew you to this industry?
I have always been drawn to the medical industry. The ability to actually be able to help others is just a feeling you can’t get in many industries and almost impossible in any other sales industry.
How did you learn about Medical Sales College?
I learned about MSC from applying for medical sales positions.
Did you have any fears about attending the School? What were they?
I did. Some websites were speaking a lot of lies, which I just followed my heart and after speaking with the school’s placement services team, EliteMed Recruiting and Kim Smalley, VP of Operations, my gut told me I could believe them 100%.
What ultimately made you decide to attend the College?
It was my dream, dreams don’t come true without chances taken first.

Very detailed and all questions answered, everything said is exactly how it was.
What from your training did you specifically use during the interview process that ultimately helped you land your position?
I honestly went with what I always have, spoke from the heart-and told them if you hire me I will be the hardest working employee they have ever had.
Why should someone attend the Medical Sales College if they want this career?
If a person is passionate about punching into the medical device industry they would be crazy not to attend, the money is a down payment on each person’s future. If you are not willing to invest in yourself you cannot expect great results.
What do you know now that you wish you had known before entering the industry/attending Medical Sales College?
New Graduates-Don’t get nervous, this system will get you a job-listen, take notes and follow the steps. When you get an interview ask serious questions and make sure to mirror that territory. These are persons you will be with everyday all day and your first 6 months to year is crucial for your foundation. Without a strong foundation your sales career will ultimately crash, the education is just the beginning...make sure you have a team willing to mentor you.
