22 years old, fresh out of college, little experience.
Why were you interested in Medical Sales? What drew you to this industry?
I’m young and don’t have much of a resume and I didn’t know much about this industry. I knew this program would lay a good foundation and put me in a better position to break into this industry.
How did you learn about Medical Sales College?
A current Rep told me about it.
What ultimately made you decide to attend the College?
I know how hard it is to get in the industry and this appeared to be my quickest path to enter.
Describe your experience once you began training with Medical Sales College.
Learned much more than I anticipated. I would do it all over again if I had too.
What was the most valuable thing you learned at Medical Sales College/What piece of training do you use the most in your day-to-day activities?
Just knowing your stuff. If you don’t have that base it’s hard to separate yourself.
Please briefly explain your job interview process.
3-day ride along. Very casual, no interview questions or anything just evaluating me as a person. Prior to this ride along I had several conversations with the manager.
Why should someone attend the Medical Sales College if they want this career?
If you don’t know anyone in this industry, this is how you get your foot in the door.
