Traci Conger brings to the Medical Sales College team over 10 years in the Human Resource field along with a strong background in leadership and development. Traci’s responsibilities include managing payroll, organizational development, incentives, benefits and cultural responsibility. Additionally, Traci ensures that policies and procedures are properly applied with the Medical Sales College HR strategy while complying with US and local laws and requirements.

Traci holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Coastal Carolina University as well as a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from Herzing University.
