Tom started his career working as an engineer in the Aerospace industry. After eight years, he made a professional change to medical device sales and joined DePuy Orthopedics as a sales associate. From DePuy he made an impact with Wright Medical as a sales associate and then becoming an independent distributor. After his time as a distributor, he moved his family to Tampa, FL taking a position with ZimmerBiomet and most recently a regional sales manager position for Medatris.

With over 20 years of hiring, training and medical device sales experience, he feels it is important for sales associates to be trained properly. The focus should be that all sales associates are a technical resource for the HCP’s and sales associates need to know how the product and their service can be a differentiator. MSC is a great platform to gain the basic understanding of the medical device environment.
