Sabrina joined MSC in 2019 with more than over 20 years of HR/Staffing experience. She is a native St. Louisan. She brings 8+ years of Recruitment in the Medical Device industry where she worked for some notable industry leaders such as Covidien, Medtronic and Smith & Nephew. During her tenure with Covidien, she supported both the Pharmaceuticals and Imaging Device divisions recruiting Sales leadership and field sales reps across the nation. Later, she was relocated and took a position as Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist with Medtronic where she recruited for commercial sales and marketing for the Spine and Biologics division headquartered in Memphis, TN. In 2015, after exploring other industries, she returned to her first love (medical device industry) and took a position supporting Smith & Nephew where she recruited sales talent for Recon, Trauma and Extremities and Robotics divisions. Also, she spent time alongside sales reps in the saw bone lab observing the implanting of plates, rods, screws, etc.
Sabrina is passionate about sales and recruiting sales talent. You may often hear her famous quote, “Sales people are the Ambassadors of any company and they know it”. Throughout the course of her career, she’s navigated through some complex sales organizations and worked closely with sales leadership and hiring managers. Therefore, she understands what attributes, competencies and skills sales leaders look for in an ideal sales candidate. Outside of her love for device sales recruiting, Sabrina is equally passionate about exploring new cultures and travel. She has lived short term in Rome (Italy) and London (UK), but calls Rome her second home. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management at Lindenwood University. She also pursued a Master’s in Management and Leadership at Webster University in St. Louis, MO.
