Lynn graduated with a BA in nursing from University of Cincinnati and started her career as an Operating Room Trauma Nurse. Soon, she recognized orthopedics was her passion. After 10 years in the operating room, she launched her 25 year career in orthopedics starting as a full line sales rep with Depuy Orthopedics and then two years later joining Synthes trauma. For 19 years she has consistently won quota achievement awards as well as being recognized for many other segmental sales achievements and participating in many product launches. Shortly after becoming a field trainer, her passion for education was evident and she participated in many AO North American resident and nurse training courses that led to designing and implementing local training courses for surgeons, residents and nurses.  Recently a move to Stryker gave her a new opportunity to sell and train as well.

Her experiences led her to pursue a new path with the Medical Sales College to give back the orthopedic experience she has amassed over the years that led her to be a very successful orthopedic device representative.
