Kelly Sanders began his career in the operating room as a Certified Surgical Technologist and quickly advanced to a Surgical First Assistant role, supporting four orthopedic surgeons within his first year. After 14 years of hands-on clinical experience, he transitioned into the medical device industry as a partner in Medical Services International, where he played a key role in the company becoming one of the top independent distributors for ArthroCare Corporation in North Texas—earning Distributor of the Year honors for three consecutive years. 

Following ArthroCare’s acquisition by Smith & Nephew in 2013, Kelly returned to the operating room, where he continued serving in orthopedic procedures until his retirement in 2024. Over the course of a 40-year career, he dedicated his professional life to advancing patient care through both surgical support and medical device representation. 

Kelly resides in Arlington, Texas, with his wife of 42 years.
