Jim graduated with a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland and started his career as a Quality Control Engineer for GE Aviation. After 8 years and successful promotions to Unit Manager positions in manufacturing and quality, he became intrigued with orthopedic medical device sales. He followed his passion to start a sales career with DePuy Orthopedics in 1992. Over a 30-yr career he consistently exceeded sales quotas winning National Sales Territory of the year in 1999, two Hall-of-Fame Awards, and six Ring Club honors for sales achievement.

He has always had an interest in developing new sales representatives on his team and has joined Medical Sales College to help the next generation start a successful career in medical sales.
