Donna joined us with over 30 years in medical device sales in the fields of orthopaedics and cardiac
electrophysiology. She began her successful career in 1992 as a sales representative selling
orthopaedic fracture fixation implants, external fixation devices and cervical spine halo braces.
Donna eventually made the leap into orthopaedic sports medicine and spent several years selling
arthroscopic suture anchors and interference screws, fluid management and pulsed lavage
systems. She also has experience as a regional sales trainer, mentoring new hires as they learn and
grow in their new roles.

Donna always looks forward to meeting and educating students with the passion and engagement
they deserve. She likes to identify strengths and weaknesses of the students, and then challenge
them to step out of their comfort zones. Donna believes that learning is a continuous process, and
teaching at MSC allows her to convey and coach the necessary skills needed to succeed with the
technical and problem-solving abilities needed in today’s hospital environment.
