Andy graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. He returned to Arizona and began a career in Medical Device Sales that lasted almost 30 years. His journey began as a Sales Rep for Dow Corning Wright as a Plastic Surgery Specialist. Andy then made the switch to Orthopedics. Throughout his career he held the positions of Associate Sales Representative, Sales Representative, Sales Manager and ultimately became an Independent Distributor. He constantly exceeded sales goals and was the recipient of top awards including Presidents Club and recognition for being ranked #1, #2, or #3 in the country for highest growth and revenue.
He also had the benefit of working with most of the major Orthopedic Manufacturers. Some of the companies that Andy worked with included Johnson and Johnson Orthopedics (DePuy), Stryker, and Biomet (Zimmer). He represented product lines that included Total Joint Reconstruction, Trauma, Sports Medicine, Biologics and Spine. This has allowed him to create a broader base of knowledge and experience that he enjoyed sharing with his employees as well as with future Sales Professionals. The ability to train and prepare others for success has been a driving force throughout his career and will continue with the students at the Medical Sales College.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, or coaching baseball at the local High School.
