Alicia grew up surrounded by nurses and surgeons and spent time working in medical and mental healthcare offices before making her way into higher education. She has spent the past five years managing a tutoring center, teaching college composition courses, and serving as director of an academic resource center in the heart of St. Louis.

Alicia is excited to transition into this role at Medical Sales College, as it is a nice blend of her past experiences with healthcare processes and student support services. She prides herself on being collaborative, personable, and innovative, and she is ready to support MSC faculty, staff, and learners!

Alicia holds a bachelor’s in English from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a master’s in Teaching of Writing from Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville. When not working, you can find her playing pickleball, doing yoga, or creating art in some capacity.
