As the largest recruiter of medical sales professionals, EliteMed’s unique recruitment process has been responsible for the placement of more than 500 MSC graduates over the past three years. The majority of those placements have been with some of the largest and most reputable companies in the industry – companies like DePuy, Biomet, Arthrex, Bacterin International, Inc., Wright Medical Technology, ConMed Linvatec, Smith & Nephew, Exactech, Stryker, and Zimmer to name just a few.
This team of professional medical sales recruiters works with distributors, employers, and hiring managers across the country who are looking for those talented, prepared, and exceptional candidates to fill their open sales positions. Each of the Senior Regional Recruiters are responsible for a specific geographic territory. This model allows recruiters to have individualized interactions with the key representatives and hiring manager in each region.
EliteMed strives to understand the needs of their employing partners, as well as their specific hiring preferences (i.e. preferences based on geography, skill set, experience level, and qualifications) to ensure the best “match” with prospective candidates.

Scott Binder began his medical sales career as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Dura Pharmaceuticals in 1992. He was the first rep hired in Alabama and quickly grew that territory into one of the top-performing territories in the country. He won the President’s Club award in four consecutive years and was promoted to District Manager in 1997. Katie DeLuca is an Arizona native who has worked in a several customer service rolls through her background in management and accounting. Working with a variety of people from various industries, has given her a wealth of knowledge that she brings to her roll as an EliteMed recruiter. Haley Cook is a graduate from McPherson College where she majored in Marketing and Management. She was a two-sport athlete in college playing soccer and tennis and holds several offensive school records for the women’s soccer team. Laura Binder owned and operated a HomeCare Agency from 2008-2012. She was responsible for staffing cases, and managing client and caregiver needs. She has worked with people from a variety of backgrounds and skills, and uses that experience to build relationships in her role as an EliteMed recruiter.
