Scott Binder began his medical sales career as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Dura Pharmaceuticals in 1992. He was the first rep hired in Alabama and quickly grew that territory into one of the top-performing territories in the country. He won the President’s Club award in four consecutive years and was promoted to District Manager in 1997.

Katie DeLuca is an Arizona native who has worked in a several customer service rolls through her background in management and accounting. Working with a variety of people from various industries, has given her a wealth of knowledge that she brings to her roll as an EliteMed recruiter.

Haley Cook is a graduate from McPherson College where she majored in Marketing and Management. She was a two-sport athlete in college playing soccer and tennis and holds several offensive school records for the women’s soccer team. Laura Binder owned and operated a HomeCare Agency from 2008-2012. She was responsible for staffing cases, and managing client and caregiver needs. She has worked with people from a variety of backgrounds and skills, and uses that experience to build relationships in her role as an EliteMed recruiter.
