For our corporate customers and distributors, we offer one-week training programs for existing sales reps that are designed to enhance their selling skills and behaviors. These programs typically run from Wednesday morning through Saturday afternoon, minimizing the time that a sales rep is out of the field. The all-inclusive fee covers the cost of the training, materials, shuttle transportation to and from the airport, hotel accommodations at the Marriott Courtyard or Marriott Residence Inn, as well as breakfast and lunch each day. Travel to and from Denver and the cost of evening meals are not included.
Because these programs are company-specific, reps are free to have candid conversations about their products and how they may overcome objections.
Over the past two years, we have conducted these programs for some of the largest and most reputable names in the industry. In 2010, Corporate Program participants included DePuy, Zimmer, Biomet, Smith & Nephew, Bacterin International, Inc., Arteriocyte, MAKO Surgical, and ODi (Orthopedic Designs, Inc.). Those companies were joined by ConMed Linvatec, Comprehensive Care Services, Arthrex, and Synthes in 2011, and in 2012 we have been pleased to host Aesculap.
